Feel Good Stories

Because we don't do a lot of public work like websites, it can be a little hard to blow our own trumpet but here are a couple of recent stories where we made a difference;

1. We got a txt message out of the blue from one of our clients asking if we could do a new report that would do this, that and the other. Wondering why they didn't just phone us, we txt'd back "Yes". Shortly we got the response to go ahead and do it a.s.a.p. It turns out our client was in a meeting in Wellington with their client when this requirement was raised. Being able to say "Yes" on the spot made all the difference.
2. We got a series of change requests from a long and valued client. It really required a site visit. Once on site we sat down and started talking about it and worked back to the underlying issues. Once we understood those we were able to create a solution that exceeded their initial requirements and could be delivered on the spot. Their parting comment: "That's what we love about you, the way you think differently".
