This is so easy to use, you just go to http://www.teamviewer.com, and click on the green button under the picture of the pretty girl to download your side of it. Install it, open it and it will give you a number and a password. You phone us, give us those details and we can log on to your machine and you can show us what is happening.

When you quit the TeamViewer session, we are bumped off and we can't get back in until you give us new details next time so it is very secure. It's fast, it's reliable, we love it and so will you.
