September 11, 2009. Not the most auspicious date to launch a new service but on the second Wednesday of the month we launched our free "Welcome to FileMaker" training series. Designed in conjunction with Renaissance to provide new or prospective users with a simple, low-stress entry to the world of databases, the session ran for two hours and our guests left with a much clearer idea of how FileMaker could benefit their activities.
